Story

welcoming guests since 1993.

Owned by the Woodley family for 30 years, Raymond Woodley along with his two sons re-opened the doors to the 'new' New Inn in 1992 after significant restoration work.  In 1993 we started to welcome guests to our new hotel, originally 12 rooms, and due to popular demand, a further extension of 7 rooms was commissioned in 2012.

Anyone familiar with our pub will know we firmly believe in creating a warm, relaxing, and friendly atmosphere, with freshly cooked and locally sourced food, fine ales from local breweries, a large array of spirits as well as a great selection of wines by the bottle and glass.

We are very proud of the work we have done to salvage this 400-year-old Country Pub and look forward to welcoming you, whether you are out for a drive or on your way home from a hard day at work or whether you are cyclists, walkers, or horse riders. Come and enjoy the Warwickshire countryside, we have a lovely large outside eating area and a large restaurant so lots of tables to dine from.

The Inn is situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Clifford Chambers and boasts its own Manor House and several thatched cottages. There is a lovely trail walk (5.1 kilometres) that features a river and is suitable for all skill levels. A great place to walk the dog… and of course your pet dogs are very welcome here in the pub.
